[OAI-implementers] Minor correction in OAI/2.0/guidelines-marcxml.htm

The recommended metadataPrefix for MARC21 records has been 
corrected to 'marc21' (instead of 'marcxml') in
  http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/guidelines-marcxml.htm
This document now agrees with
  http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/guidelines.htm
