[UPS] OAI data explorer

hi

ive been working on an interactive online explorer to use the data
interfaces that we put in place for 2 archives so far at Virginia Tech.
its probably got some kinks but its generally an easier way to explore
any OAI repository using just the 5 Dienst primitives.

the tool can be found at:

ive tested it with our local stuff and with arXiv - there are some
errors - some are probably due to my parsing and some to the archives
themselves.

any comments and suggestions will be appreciated.
