Hi, I received a very positive mail from Prof. Hilf, maintainer of the German e-print initiative, re the Santa Fe Convention. We can expect the initiative to join the group of SF compliant archives. Similar positive comments came from Delft University (the Netherlands) where the library is working on an e-print environment named Roquade. greetings herbert
