[Orechem] Table search in CiteSeerX

We have introduced table search into CiteSeerX. It's based on what we have
developed in ChemXSeer but is implemented on a large public search service
with over one million tables that primarily serves the computer science
community.
Currently, it only indexes tables and permits page views based on
various ranking
methods. We hope to soon include figures and extraction of data.
