[OAI-implementers] facing problem to be a service provider

Dear All,

I have been sucessfully registered as data provider in OAI-PMH 2.0
Repository.

Now i want to be registered there as a service provider.i have followed
each & every step mentioned on the OAI site for being a service provider.

i have create the template, upload on the local server & sent an email to
the openarchives at openarchives.org but not getting any Response.

Please help me what to do.
