Dear list

Can anyone help me construct a specific OAI-PMH query?

We use our intraLibrary repository to manage both research and Open Educational resources; I’ve managed to return all records with the URL below but I want to construct a query that just returns the OER collection which is identified by <setSpec>23</setSpec> but not sure how.

http://repository-intralibrary.leedsmet.ac.uk/IntraLibrary-OAI?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc

Any help greatly appreciated
