[OAI-implementers] DCTerms

I was just reminded that there is another report from the registry that 
might be useful:

http://gita.grainger.uiuc.edu/registry/ListNamespaces.asp

As you can see there are around 90 repositories which have records that 
use the "http://purl.org/dc/terms/" namespace.
