FYI, for anyone out there harvesting from University of Tennessee
Libraries
 ( base url:  http://diglib.lib.utk.edu/cgi/b/broker20/broker20 )
--- I just reworked all the files to use persistent identifiers for
the dc:identifier link (and relation link, if used).

Please let me know if you have any difficulties in reharvesting.
