Venu,

resumptionTokens are part of the OAI-PMH responses to harvesting requests.  They
are "in" the XML responses.  Expressing resumptionTokens using cookies is not
specified in the OAI-PMH, nor is it supported by harvesters.  Maybe I didn't
understand your use of cookies correctly, but if it is what I think it is
(expressing resumptionTokens as cookies) then it's not something you can do in
the OAI-PMH.
