[OAI-implementers] OAI-PMH 2.0beta inconsistency

as Carl pointed out earlier, the beta repository explorer is at:
   http://oai.dlib.vt.edu/cgi-bin/Explorer/oai2.0/testoai

i updated it today to correspond to the current spec (and added a few 
more tests) - hence the delay in responding.

for those not familiar with it, the repository explorer is a simple 
client interface for the OAI-PMH, the primary use of which is to help 
with testing of data provider implementations.

if anything doesn't work as you think it should, please let me know.
