realizing that i have not publicly announced these :),

the OAI-PMH v2.0 Repository Explorer is at:
   http://purl.org/net/oai_explorer
this is a client for the protocol that may be used to test new 
implementations.

and my Perl PMH2 data provider toolkit is at:
    http://www.dlib.vt.edu/projects/OAI/software/vtoai/vtoai.html

as always any and all feedback will be most appreciated.
