[UPS] WWW XXX AAA Author Auto-Archiving service (Was: UPS)

Here's another alternative name for us, in place of the UPS
initiative
(as it's not only about preprints): How about the AAA initiative
(Author Auto-Archiving initiative) [or AAA Service]

It has the virtue of calling a spade precisely what it is -- and
resonating both with the W3 and X3 groundwork.

PS Never mind about the AAA -- American Auto Assoc -- associations. The
A is not for America anyway...
