Is an <atom:content> section allowed in ORE atom?  Section 4.1, #3 of 
http://www.openarchives.org/ore/1.0/atom states

"The atom:content child element of atom:entry has no meaning in the ORE 
Model. It is an element to convey Atom content." 

Does this mean that the <entry> tag is disallowed, or that it is allowed 
but will be ignored by any ORE tools, transforms, etc?  I can think of 
cases where it would be useful to embed supplemental HTML in the feeds.
