Hello Jiann,

Jody Deridder from University of Tennessee at Knoxville - one of member 
digital libraries, has written a set of scripts to translates files encoded in 
TEI-lite to OAI 2.0 compliant unqualified Dublin core.

These scripts can be used to capture the unqualified Dublin core (UDC) 
metadata from TEI-lite files. Thereafter the UDC can be used to set up a Data 
provider using either of the tools described in sections 2.1 and 2.2 of my 
article.
