I'm not exactly sure whether or not identifier is suppose to be a URL or a
URI. I suppose the "I" stands for "identifier", and that is easy enough to
fix in my code.

As to the other, I am still trying to get my brain around XML and
namespaces, so my reply to your question is, "I don't know."
