membership&nbsp;drives&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;the&nbsp;first&nbsp;thing&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;agenda&nbsp;and&nbsp;where&nbsp;membership&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;and&nbsp;advocacy&nbsp;will&nbsp;take&nbsp;priority&nbsp;over&nbsp;OA&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;and&nbsp;advocacy?<o:p></o:p></p>
